3 Hot Topics-Health,Internet and Life

              3 Hot Topics-Health,Internet and Life

Hello Guys, sorry mai beech me apni post nhi la ska mera accident ho gya tha so m back aap sab ki duaao ka asar hai mai bahut zald hi theek ho gya.
to chalie suru karte hai hamari aaj ki post aaj agr hme acche se life jini hai to hamare paas ye 3 cheezo ka hona sabse jada zaruri hai

HEALTH-There are more than 1,000 different species of bacteria in a healthy gut – so it’s best to choose a probiotic supplement that contains a variety of strains.

All these strains work together, each supporting one another with their different properties. The more strains, the more work that gets done! Many supplement manufacturers include fillers and unnecessary ingredients to lengthen shelf life, sweeten their product, or make the contents easier to pour into capsules. Be sure to read the ingredients label carefully as some of these ‘extras’ can be harmful to gut health.
Look out for common allergens such as gluten, nuts, dairy products or animal products, especially if you’re intolerant or allergic to them.
Also, be aware that some gums (like those found in ‘gummy’ kids’ probiotics) can increase inflammation in your gut.
You’ve probably heard that probiotics are a great way to boost your gut health. And indeed, they are!
But how do you find the right probiotic for you? Where do you look? Which products are good and which are not?
Here’s an outline of what you need to look for when choosing the best probiotic supplement.

INTERNET- sabse jada important is genration me Internet hai or kuch nhi agar aapke paas internet connection hai to aap duniya k kisi bhi kone me baithe baithe koi bhi kaam kar skte hai infact aap log meri post bhi internet k zarie hi Blog pr pad rhe hai

Map of the Internet-The map of the Internet is a photo shot of the global network as of end of 2011. It encompasses over 350 thousand websites from 196 countries and all domain zones. Information about more than 2 million links between the websites has joined some of them together into topical clusters. As one might have expected, the largest clusters are formed by national websites, i.e. sites belonging to one country. For the sake of convenience, all websites relative to a certain country carry the same color. For instance, the red zone at the top corresponds to Russian segment of the net, the yellow one on the left stands for the Chinese segment, the purple one on the right is Japanese, the large light-blue central one is the American segment, etc.The Internet global network is a phenomenon of technological civilization, and its exceptional complexity surpasses anything mankind has ever created. In essence, what we are dealing with here is a huge quantity of utterly unstructured information. The Internet map is an attempt to look into the hidden structure of the network, fathom its colossal scale, and examine that which is impossible to understand from the bare figures of statistics.

Life- kise acchi life nhi chahie sabko hi acchi life chahie per kya hum log apne man mutabik apni life ko bana sakte hai

The most unfair thing about life is the way it ends. I mean, life is tough.
You should die first, get it out of the way. The you go live in an old age home. You get kicked out for being too healthy, go collect your pension, then, when you start work, you get a gold watch on your first day. You work forty years until you're young enough to enjoy your retirement. You drink alcohol, you party, and you get ready for High School. You go to primary school, you become a kid, you play, you have no responsibilities, you become a little boy(girl), you go back, you spend your last 9 months floating with luxuries like central heating, spa, room service on tap, then you finish off as an orgasm!!

TOP TRENDING TIPS-UPDATE YOUR SELF

TOP TRENDING TIPS-UPDATE YOUR SELF

Are you someone who likes to grow? Do you constantly seek to improve yourself and become better?

As a passionate advocate of growth, I’m continuously looking for ways to self-improve. I’ve compiled 42 of my best tips which might be helpful in your personal growth journey. Some of them are simple steps which you can engage in immediately. Some are bigger steps which takes conscious effort to act on. Here they are:

1. Start your life handbook.

A life handbook is an idea I started 1 years ago.Basically, it’s a book which contains the essentials on how you can live your life to the fullest, such as your purpose, your values and goals. Sort of like your manual for your life.I started my life handbook since 2017 and it’s been a crucial enabler in my progress.

2.Write a letter to your future self.
What do you see yourself as 5 years from now? Will you be the same? Different? What kind of person will you be?
Write a letter to your future self – 1 year from now will be a good start – and seal it.
Make a date in your calendar to open it 1 year from now. Then start working to become the person you want to open that letter.

3. Take up a new course.

Is there any new course you can join? Courses are a great way to gain new knowledge and skills.
It doesn’t have to be a long-term course – seminars or workshops serve their purpose too.
I’ve been to a few workshops and they have helped me gain new insights which I had not considered before.

4. Read a book every day.

The more books you read, the more wisdom you expose yourself to.
What are some books you can start reading to enrich yourself? Some books I’ve read and found useful are Think and Grow Rich, Who Moved My Cheese, 7 Habits, The Science of Getting Rich and Living the 80/20 Way.
When you’re reading a book every day, you will feed your brain with more and more knowledge. Do you know what’s the best way to store up all this knowledge and information?

5. Have a weekly exercise routine.

A better you starts with being in better physical shape. I personally make it a point to jog at least 3 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time.
You may want to mix it up with jogging, gym lessons and swimming for variation.
Check out these 15 Tips to Restart the Exercise Habit (and How to Keep It)

6. Get out of your comfort zone.

Real growth comes with hard work and sweat. Being too comfortable doesn’t help us grow, it makes us stagnate.
What is your comfort zone? Do you stay in most of the time? Do you keep to your own space when out with other people?
Shake your routine up. Do something different.
By exposing yourself to a new context, you’re literally growing as you learn to act in new circumstances.

7. Put someone up to a challenge.

Competition is one of the best ways to grow. Set a challenge (weight loss, exercise, financial challenge, etc) and compete with an interested friend to see who achieves the target first.
Through the process, both of you will gain more than if you were to set off on the target alone.

8. Identify your blind spots.

Scientifically, blind spots refer to areas our eyes are not capable of seeing. In personal development terms, blind spots are things about ourselves we are unaware of. Discovering our blind spots help us discover our areas of improvement.
One exercise I use to discover my blind spots is to identify all the things/events/people that trigger me in a day — trigger meaning making me feel annoyed/weird/affected. These represent my blind spots.
It’s always fun to do the exercise because I discover new things about myself, even if I may already think I know my own blind spots (but then they wouldn’t be blind spots would they?).
After that, I work on steps to address them.

9. Get into action.

The best way to learn and improve is to take action.
What is something you have been meaning to do? How can you take action on it immediately?
Waiting doesn’t get anything done. Taking action gives you immediate results to learn from.

10. Learn to deal with difficult people.

There are times when there are difficult people you can’t avoid, such as at your workplace, or when the person is part of your inner circle of contacts.
Learn how to deal with them. These people management skills will go a long way in working with people in the future:

11. Start a blog about personal development.

To help others grow, you need to first be walking the talk. There are expectations of you, both from yourself and from others, which you have to uphold.
I run The Personal Excellence Blog, where I share my personal journey and insights on how to live a better life. Readers look toward my articles to improve themselves, which enforces to me that I need to keep improving, for myself and for the people I’m reaching out to.

12. Start a 30-day challenge.

Set a goal and give yourself 30 days to achieve this. Your goal can be to stick with a new habit or something you’ve always wanted to do but have not.
30 days is just enough time to strategize, plan, get into action, review and nail the goal.

13. Start a business venture.

Is there anything you have an interest in? Why not turn it into a venture and make money while learning at the same time?
Starting a new venture requires you to be learn business management skills, develop business acumen and have a competitive edge.
The process of starting and developing my personal development business has equipped me with many skills, such as self-discipline, leadership, organization and management.

14.Take a break.

Have you been working too hard? Self-improvement is also about recognizing our need to take a break to walk the longer mile ahead. You can’t be driving a car if it has no petrol.
Scheduling down time for yourself is important. Take some time off for yourself every week. Relax, rejuvenate and charge yourself up for what’s up ahead.

15. Commit to your personal growth.

I can be writing list articles with 10 ways, 25 ways, 42 ways or even 1,000 ways to improve yourself, but if you have no intention to commit to your personal growth, it doesn’t matter what I write.
Nothing is going to get through. We are responsible for our personal growth — not anyone else. Not your mom, your dad, your friend, me or Life hack.
Make the decision to commit to your personal growth and embrace yourself to a life-long journey of growth and change. Kick off your growth by picking a few of the steps above and working on them.
The results may not be immediate, but I promise you that as long as you keep to it, you’ll start seeing positive changes in yourself and your life.
So here you are, 42 solid ways for self improvement. Pick one or a few to start doing today. If you want to see yourself improving, you must take some actions.
The sooner you take these actions, the faster you see the results. If you have an issue of procrastination, you’d better read this first:

Hero Xtreme 200 R naked sportsbike which made debut as a concept at the 2016 Auto Expo about two years ago, has finally been unveiled as a production ready bike. Built on a diamond frame and called Hero Xtreme 200 R, it is the new flagship motorcycle from India’s largest motorcycle manufacturer.

What is your idea of extreme? For me, it is diving out of an airborne plane. For some, it may be a roller coaster ride, crossing our roads or, maybe, even laying off the sweetmeats (I apologize, that is too extreme). That being said, when I heard that Hero were going to enter the 200-cc naked motorcycle space with the Xtreme moniker, like everyone else, I also expected a thrill machine. Then the numbers revealed that it was the least powerful machine in the segment. While pondering over what to make of that, my colleague came back from a first ride at the Buddh International Circuit quite pleased with the motorcycle.
Eager to clear my confusion and do some number-crunching along the way, we strapped testing equipment on to the Xtreme 200R and put it through its paces.
The Xtreme 200R draws motive force from a 199.6-cc, air-cooled, two-valve, single-cylinder engine that is fed by a 32-mm bore, constant-velocity carburettor. It produces the least power and torque in its class, 18.4 PS at 8,000 rpm and 17.1 Nm at 6,500 rpm respectively. This mill is mated to a five-speed gearbox via a wet, multi-plate clutch.

Once I was done appreciating the bike at standstill, it was time to see what it had in store for me on the move. First gear clicked into place easily and soon I was picking my way through traffic. An easy-action clutch and a well-defined gearbox make sure that shifting cogs on the roll is undemanding. The gear ratios are perfect for city riding but the bike’s cruising potential could have

been improved with a sixth gear and a little more power.
The engine feels somewhat unsure of itself below 2,500 rpm but really comes into its own when you hit the mid-range; pretty helpful when you are negotiating traffic and for those quick bursts when the road opens up. Soon I found myself hunting for such stretches where I could wind the throttle all the way back just so I could listen to that exciting aural note. That being said, although the motor is capable of propelling the Xtreme to three-digit figures, it feels at home just shy of 100 km/h in top gear.

Only the front gets a steel-braided brake line and the added safety of ABS (a first for Hero). The bite is good and the feel at the lever is progressive and responsive. In comparison, the rear does not feel as good but does its job effectively.

COLOURS OF HOLI?-HOW TO PREPARE?-BURANAMANOHOLIHAI.COM

HOLI COLOURS

to chalie suru karte hai

BURA NA MANO HOLI HAI

SAAL 2019 ME AAPK BHAVISYA KA PHLA RANG MARCH ME AANE WALA HAI HOLI RANGO KA TYOHAR,

Holi 2019 in Uttar Pradesh will begin in the evening of Wednesday, 20th March

On the eve of Holi, large bonfires are lit to mark occasion and to burn evil spirits. This is known as Holika Dahan.

In 2021, Holi is on March 29, with Holika Dahan on March 28.However, in the states of West Bengal and Odisha, the Holi festival is celebrated as Dol Jatra or Dol Purnima, on the same day as Holika Dahan. Similar to Holi, the Dol Jatra celebrations are dedicated to Lord Krishna. However, the mythology is different.Holi Dates Detailed Information
The Timing of Holika Dahan -- According to Hindu scriptures, the lighting and worship of the bonfires must be performed at a specific period (muhurta) after sunset on Purnima Tithi (the full moon lunar day), otherwise it will bring great misfortune. Choosing the right muhurta for the Holika Dahan ritual is particularly important, more so than for any other Hindu festival ritual. Ideally, Holika Dahan should be carried out during the auspicious occasion of
Pradosh Kaal, when day and night meet (which starts from the time of sunset). However, it mustn't be done until Bhadra Tithi is over. The exact muhurta for Holika Dahan in India will vary depending on the location and time of sunset. For example, for 2019, astrologers have calculated it to be between 8.57 p.m. to 9.09 p.m. in Mumbai. In Delhi, it's 8.57 p.m. to 12.28 a.m. It starts late due to the presence of Bhadra Mukha, which will bring misfortune.

In the afternoon, before the bonfire is lit, a special puja is performed to keep children healthy and safe from evil influences. This comes from the story about Holika in the Hindu text, the Narada Purana. Holika attempted to carry out her demon king brother's wish to burn his son Prahlad in the fire because Prahlad worshiped Lord Vishnu instead of him. It was believed that Holika couldn't be harmed by fire, so she sat in it while holding the child. However, she was charred to death and Prahlad was saved due to his devotion to Lord Vishnu, who protected him.

On Holi, people will usually  throwing colored powder and water on each other. These celebrations die down by the afternoon. There are no rituals that need to be performed.Lathmar Holi -- The women of Barsana and Nandgaon villages, near Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, beat up men with sticks in the week before Holi. In 2019, Lathmar Holi will take place on March 15 in Barsana and March 16 in Nandgaon.
Holi in Mathura and Vrindavan -- Week-long Holi celebrations at Banke Bihari temple in Vrindavan commence with the throwing of flowers (Phoolon Wali Holi) at 4 p.m. on Aanola Ekadashi, which is March 17, 2019. (It only lasts for about 20 minutes, so be on time or you'll miss it). The festivities at Vrindavan conclude on March 20, 2019 (the day before Holi) with the throwing of colors in the morning. In the afternoon, the action moves onto Mathura, where there's a colorful Holi procession at about 3 p.m. Plus, the throwing of colors the next day.
Holi is a very carefree festival that’s great fun to participate in if you don’t mind getting wet and dirty. You'll end up saturated in water, with color all over your skin and clothes. The Holi pictures in this photo gallery show what the festival is like in India.

Throwing Colored Water
You're most likely to get wet as well as dirty, as buckets of colored water are thrown around and water guns are used to squirt people.

Holi Colors

Roadside stalls and shops throughout India sell colored powder and water guns for Holi celebrations.

Drumming and Musicians

Throwing Holi Colors

Holi Dancing

During Holi, it is common to hear many folk songs and new musical songs of the movies being played or sung at various places. People enjoy various types of music, be it the music played on the televisions, radios etc. Regional songs and music like Bhangra of Punjab, or traditional Faag of Uttar Pradesh, people could be found immersed in musical events during this festival. Folk songs and traditional songs are sung at many places and local artists also play some musical instruments and there are various dance performances as well. The public can be seen extremely involved to participate in such traditional events of music. Holi is an occasion which values the unity of the family as well social unity amongst the people. This is a festival of the spring which brings light to the people who are surrounded by darkness in their lives. The atmosphere during Holi fills the mind of people with cheerfulness, positivity, and creativity and inspires them to achieve their goals.

Holi Pooja Muhurta for 2019
This year, Holika Dahan and poojan will be done during the evening (pradosha kaal) of Thursday, 20th March 2019 (Phalguna Shukla Poornima). Devotees should try to perform the Holika poojan with various commonly used items in poojas. The color festival will be celebrated in a grand manner on the next day, Chaitra Krishna Paksha Pratipada with colors of joy throughout the country and across the world.

Telegram's much better than WhatsApp
  • Truly Cross platform: Telegram has native apps for iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Windows Desktop, OS X, Linux, Firefox OS and a web version. WhatsApp is trying to catch up with their own WhatsApp Web, but it's seriously lacking in features - you can't edit your status or picture for starters, and Whatsapp Web only works with Android, Windows Phone, and a few Blackberry, Nokia models at the moment (no iOS).
  • Document sharing: You can share pretty much any sort of file on Telegram, not just photos and videos.
  • No limit for Photos/Videos: Speaking of sharing photos, you can only share 10(!) photos at a time on WhatsApp. On Telegram, there's no limit. Telegram also supports a maximum size of 1.5 GB for videos if I remember correctly.
  • Usernames: You can set a @username so people can contact you without knowing your number.
  • Secret chats: On Telegram you can have end-to-end encrypted secret chats for maximum security. You can also set a self-destruct timer for messages (à la Snapchat, but for text messages, photos, videos, everything) while WhatsApp scored 2/7.
  • Stickers: Don't tell me you wouldn't want a Nikola Tesla facepalm sticker! All of their stickers are free to use and you can make your own stickers if you want to. They also recently added support for 3rd party sticker

  • Free: Telegram doesn't have any sort of fee, unlike WhatsApp. They're also non-profit.
  • Lots of innovative features: Integrated photo editor, GIF and image search directly from the app, group size of 200, and much more that I can't remember because I take it for granted. They keep adding new features regularly
  • Open API and clients: All official Telegram clients are open source. You can build your own version of Telegram if you want to.
Not owned by Facebook: Possibly the most important feature. Facebook isn't the nicest company around. They conducted a 'study' on their users in 2012 by exposing them to only negative or positive content to see how they would react. Not the kind of people I'd want my messages in the hands of.
